Car accidents on the roads of Almaty

Various accidents on the crazy roads of Almaty. Drunk and parted
people doing mad things. Rich and barefaced "agashki" can allow
everything to themselves, even to hit you with their car. Rich
offsprings of barefaced "agashki" driving cars without driving
licenses. Unsure and unexpereinced women can't distinguish between
brake and accelerator pedals. Cars should be banned, horses and
bysicles introduced!!!!
